White label sites
This is a bit off topic but you can actually start your own mobile phone ringtone and wallpaper site with xml feeds or using white label sites. You upload these contents of the zip file and edit a config file and away you go. Lots of countries are represented and these are localised so for example the french section is displayed in french.
